OPS

  • MULTILEG REQUESTS - first version of the 'Multileg Requests' module will be released for closed beta testing. Operators keen on testing the feature are welcome to contact to have it activated
  • FLIGHT EDITING - it's possible to choose which flight time hints will be available in 'OPS'. You can select 'GCD', 'GCD - historical average winds', 'Historical flights' and 'RouteFinder'
  • CHECKLIST - 'pnrGo' process status with corresponding colour codes are available in the 'OPS' checklist

SALES

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - it's possible to accept schedule changes made in 'OPS' and apply them to the quote, without changing the price. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - reservation notes are visible in a 'Calendar' tab
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - a new tab 'OPS & Crew' added to the quote edit view. More information here

CREW PLANNING

  • CREW CALENDAR - new filters "Aircraft AOC" and "Positions" available in 'Crew Calendar'
  • CREW CALENDAR - planner note can be added to the duty and will be visible in Crew panels only
  • CREW TIMELINE - reservation and maintenance details are available after clicking on it in the 'Crew Timeline'
  • CREW TIMELINE - 'Planner Note' can be added to the crew member's profile. It will be visible in the 'Crew Timeline', after pointing the crew member's code
  • ENDORSEMENTS - it's possible to specify endorsement notifications recipients per aircraft type
  • ENDORSEMENTS - notifications about expiring endorsements can be configured to be sent only for pilots assigned to the specific AOC
  • DUTIES - 'Work Time' report can be attached to duty notifications. It can be enabled in the 'Duties Setup' section
  • PRIVILEGES - 'Vaccinations' and 'Travel Documents' can be hidden in a section 'OPS', tab 'Crew'
  • CREW ACTIVITIES - since 1-st of December, it will not be possible to edit data in that view. You are welcome to use Crew Timeline and Crew Calendar instead

CREW APP

  • FLIGHT DETAILS - Commander's name and surname are visible in the flight details section
  • FTL - FTL details are available for crew positioning

OTHER

  • FUEL PRICES - fuel prices from 'AEG' can be uploaded in OPS -> Fuel Prices
  • PAX DETAILS - passenger's luggage weight and quantity can be added in PAX details for a particular flight
