SALES

  • DOCUMENT MANAGER - possibility to define language-specific sales documents. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Billing email' field has been added to client's profile page. Inserted email address will automatically show on the Invoice & Credit Note sent to the client
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - in the 'Fuel Stop' window, selecting a particular airport will indicate how the added stop will affect the trip in terms of the block time, flight time & distance. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - in the 'Edit Quote' window two additional checkboxes will allow deciding if the edited request should delete the existing quotes & subcharter quotes. More information here

OPS

  • JOURNEY LOG - possibility to add more than one approach to the flight's 'Journey Log' in desktop application and crew app has been implemented
  • CHECKLIST - in the 'Overflight Permit' window, hitting 'Get Country List' button, will show routing generated by 'Route Finder'
  • TIMELINE - in 'OPS Timeline' view it is now possible to insert the Flight Watch details to subcharters
  • CHECKLIST - 'PPR' checklist item has been split into ADEP and ADES. It will apply automatically if 'PPR' is required on a given airport (marked in 'Airport Directory')

CREW PLANNING

  • FLEET - possibility to define different default aircraft crew positions per aircraft tail. More information here
  • USERS - in 'User Edit' page it is now possible to view the details of cancelled passports
  • CREW CALENDAR & TIMELINE - possibility to delete notes when editing duties has been implemented

CREW APP

  • MY SCHEDULE view - it is now possible to view crew hotel details - this applies only to bookings added from Crew Timeline page
  • CHECKLIST - THE checklist is now available in the Offline mode

REPORT WIZARD

  • Scope 'Quote' - additional columns added: 'Sum block time with PAX [Plan] & [JL]'
  • Scope 'Flight' - additional columns added showing Fuel Price selected on a given flight & Fuel Cost on a given sector calculated based on 'Used fuel' from JL
  • Scope 'Flight' - additional column added showing the AOC under which a given flight was performed
