We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SCHED

  • Schedule import from Excel file - after clicking on a 'IMPORT' button there will be a possibility to select the file format: SSIM or EXCEL

SALES

  • AIRCRAFT FEES - a new fee called 'Credit Card Fee(%)' will be added
  • AIRCRAFT FEES - a new fee called 'Minimum day charge flight time' will be added
  • COST & MARGIN QUOTATION METHOD - during rounding of the 'Total price' in the quote, Leon will ask if the margin or the cost should be affected by the change. If the margin will be chosen then Leon will change the 'Margin' field, in case of cost selected Leon will add 'Extra fee' or 'Discount' to cover the change
  • MVT Messages - in the 'Admin Panel', 'Email Templates', 'MVT Messages' there will be a possibility to define if a particular rule should be send only manually

OPS

  • COUNTRY DATABASE - a new field called 'Trip type' will be added. Defining the type in the Country Database will affect requesting an Overflight Permit
  • DUE DATES FOR CHECKLIST ITEMS - the first version of the possibility to define requesting and confirming due dates for particular Checklist Items will be introduced for testing. More information here
  • FOREIGN AOC - in the aircraft profile, a field will be added in the OPS tab to specify the 'Foreign AOC Countries'. The Foreign AOC requirement can be set in the 'Country database' in the 'MISC / OTHER' tab. More details here

CREW

  • EXPERIENCE - in the 'EXPERIENCE' tab of the crew profile, there will be a possibility to add flights as 'Pilot Monitoring' to cover crew currency. New fields will be named 'Take Offs Monitoring' and 'Landings Monitoring'
  • SIMULATOR - a 'Pilot Monitoring' field will be added
  • QUALIFICATION - in the 'Airport Recency' tab, a new filter for crew members ratings will be added
  • CREW TIMELINE & CREW CALENDAR - filter presets will be introduced. More information here
  • USER PROFILE - a possibility to define the 'User base' will be added to the profile. There will be no need to enter the 'Full Edit' section for this entry

REPORT WIZARD

  • FLIGHT SCOPE - a new column 'Schedule last modified [Plan][UTC]' will be added

PHONEBOOK

  • Sorting the entries by Name and Surname will be introduced

LEON MOBILE APP

  • checking the PAX tab on a flight will be possible 7 days after the departure date

AIRPORT DIRECTORY

  • adding tags for hotels will be possible in the 'Hotels' tab

OTHER

  • a first version of logging to Leon with Microsoft account will be introduced for testing - contact us via Customer Portal to test that feature
