SALES

  • It will be possible to send MVT emails to a caterer

OPS

  • A new option of keeping block time unchanged while changing STD/STA will be added - mark a checkbox 'Flight time editing - keep block time' in a section 'Settings > Flight Editing'
  • An easy way of changing tails in the trip will be implemented - when editing the trip in a section OPS, hover the mouse over the leg and an aircraft icon will show - click it to set the selected aircraft to remaining legs
  • Leon will inform if there are any unconfirmed messages sent via Mailbox by OPS - more information here
  • The CALENDAR section will have a FILTER added to the menu bar, which will replace left-hand filter - it will contain all its options & functionalities
  • A possibility to add a default OPS notes to the aircraft profile (tab OPS) - the note will show in a tab FLIGHT of the OPS section

CREW

  • It will be possible to generate a FTL Sheet report for draft duties, by switching Draft to ON in the filter
  • New options added to the Crew Calendar & Crew Timeline filter: 'Excluded crew members' & 'Excluded crew labels' - selected crew or crew with certain labels will be excluded from the view

CREW MOBILE APPLICATION

  • Leon will show links only to OPS documents in a section MY SCHEDULE - Sales documents links will not be available
  • An option to define access level to 'ENDORSEMENTS' section in the Leon Crew App, by setting up a new item 'Crew App - Endorsements' in 'Privileges' panel

PHONEBOOK

  • Rearrangement of PAX & Contact edition window. More information here
  • When adding a new Contact, Leon will be checking if it's a duplicate of the already added Contact
  • The 1st added passport to PAX profile will become a default one until it's deleted - then the next passport will be a default one

REPORT WIZARD

  • A new item 'Assignee' will be added to the filter in the scope 'Invoices & Credit Notes'
  • Aircraft reg number column will be added to the scope 'FTL Duty'

MAILBOXES

  • Office 365 shared mailboxes will be supported
